Author Biography

Jorge Mauricio Cardona-Angarita, Comando de Educación y Doctrina del Ejército, Colombia

Ph.D. in social and human sciences, and MA in history from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He is a specialist in the administration of military resources for national security. He was an intern for the Colombia-Chile framework agreement for doctrine 2014, with Armor Captain Career Course in Fort Knox, Kentucky, USA.
