Intelligence: a strategic factor for the development of nations

Abstract

This journal is nowadays an opportunity to open up to knowledge and analysis of the challenges that concur in the national and international order, as it manages to cover those phenomena that impact the constant and continuous development of societies. In view of this, it is important to state that, by means of intelligence, strategies, tasks and activities are achieved according to the solution of the phenomena that alter the constant development of mankind.

This year (2020) of Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VICA) character, has presented conditions never seen before, forcing to sustain survival mechanisms for the States. Therefore, it becomes a research interest that encompasses not only the normal conditions of society, but also those scenarios of complexity that violate the development and progress previously determined as a state priority.
