Abstract

With humility, but with great satisfaction, the 17th issue of the journal Perspectivas en inteligencia is made available to the academic community of the School of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, as well as to the national and international academic community, thus making known the results of the academic discussion that has been taking place among the members of the Research Center of the School of Intelligence and Counter intelligence, in joint collaboration with researchers from other centers and institutions of higher education.
